Directions to MicroOptical

To get to MicroOptical from the Massachusetts Turnpike:

Take the Turnpike (I-90) to the intersection of I-90 and I-95 in Weston, MA. I-95 is also known as Rt. 128. Take I-95 south to Rt. 1 South (in the Dedham, Westwood area). Take Route 1 south toward Norwood and Westwood to your first opportunity to make a U-turn (about one quarter mile). You will see Lambert's Rainbow Square on the left. After the U-turn, travel north and just after passing under the railroad bridge you will see the entrance for Southwest Park on the right. This is the last right turn before the entrance to Route 128/I-95 south. MicroOptical is in the last building at the end of the drive.

To get to MicroOptical from Logan Airport:

Exit Logan Airport via the Sumner tunnel (there is a $2 toll at the tunnel). The southeast expressway (I-93) will be directly at the exit of the tunnel. Make a right turn so as to parallel the expressway (without getting on it) and then a left turn under the expressway, continue the left turn to the on-ramp for the expressway southbound. Stay on I-93 south to Route 128 north (about 10 miles), be sure to be in one of the right hand lanes because I-93 splits where it meets Rt 128. I-93 South continues for about 5 miles on Rt. 128 North and then becomes I-95 at the intersection of I-93 and I-95. Take Rt. 128N/I-95 north a couple more miles to the exit for Route 1 South.

Take Route 1 south (Norwood/Westwood) to your first opportunity to make a U-turn (about one quarter mile). You will see Lambert's Rainbow Square on the left. After the U-turn, travel north and just after passing under the railroad bridge you will see the entrance for Southwest Park on the right. This is the last right turn before the entrance to Route 128/I-95 south. MicroOptical is in the last building at the end of the drive.

Returning to Logan Airport:

Take route 128 south to I-93 North. Take the exit for the Callahan tunnel which leads directly to the airport. There is no toll in that direction. Traveling time is less than 30 minutes if traffic is light, and about 90 minutes during rush hour. (Alternative: take I-95 North to the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90). Take I-90 east to I-93 North to the Callahan tunnel.) There is no tunnel toll in this direction.

Coming from the West (I-90):

Take I-90 east to I-95 (128) south. Take Rt. 128N/I-95 south about 10 miles to the exit for Route 1 South. Take Route 1 south (Norwood/Westwood) to your first opportunity to make a U-turn (about one quarter mile). You will see Lambert's Rainbow Square on the left. Coming from Providence (I-95):

Take I-95 north to the where it meets Rt 128. Follow signs for I-95 North. (note: at the intersection of I-95 North and Rt. 128, Rt. 128 becomes I-95 heading north but becomes I-93 heading south) Take Rt. 128N/I-95 north about 3 miles to the exit for Route 1 South. Take Route 1 south (Norwood/Westwood) to your first opportunity to make a U-turn (about one quarter mile). You will see Lambert's Rainbow Square on the left. After the U-turn, travel north and just after passing under the railroad bridge you will see the entrance for Southwest Park on the right. This is the last right turn before the entrance to Route 128/I-95 south. MicroOptical is in the last building at the end of the drive.

To get to MicroOptical by Train: From South Station, Back Bay Station or Ruggles Station, take the Franklin Line (see schedule below) to the Dedham Corporate station. Call your party at MicroOptical for a pick-up (). The station is only a few minutes from MicroOptical's building.
